Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of RV Roseville Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

RV Roseville Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney services, tuckpointing, retaining walls, patios, walkways, stone veneer installation, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. Service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessments and may be adjusted if conditions differ from initial expectations.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or if project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after this period due to material costs or other factors.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances in accordance with state contractor lien laws.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as they are known.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or cancellation fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your service agreement. Warranty periods vary depending on the type of work performed.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or alterations made by others. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

RV Roseville Masonry carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, though we can assist with this process. Any fines or penalties resulting from unpermitted work are the responsibility of the property owner.

Property Access and Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work site and ensure that the area is clear of obstructions. You are responsible for protecting or relocating personal property, plants, and landscaping that may be affected by the work.

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property but are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features not identified before work begins.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Placer County, California, in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
