Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website located at masonryroseville.com (the "Site") or by engaging the services of RV Roseville Masonry ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site or use our services.
RV Roseville Masonry is a masonry contracting company based in Roseville, CA. We provide residential and commercial masonry services including, but not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related work.
All services are subject to a written agreement, proposal, or work order signed by both parties before work commences. No work will begin without a signed authorization from the customer. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by RV Roseville Masonry are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing is subject to change if conditions discovered during the course of work differ materially from those observed during the estimate, or if the scope of work is changed at the customer's request.
Any change to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional work proceeds. Verbal authorizations for additional work are not binding on us.
All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. Estimates do not include permit fees unless expressly stated. Permit fees, when required, are passed through to the customer at cost.
Scheduling of work is confirmed upon execution of a written agreement and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit. Start dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, permit processing times, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any schedule changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed job, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee as specified in the written agreement. If work has already commenced and you choose to cancel, you remain responsible for the cost of all work completed to that point, plus any materials ordered or delivered for the project.
We reserve the right to reschedule or suspend work due to unsafe conditions, including severe weather, hazardous site conditions, or situations that pose a risk to our workers or your property.
Payment terms are set forth in the written agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required at the time of signing, with the balance due upon completion of the work. Final payment is due at the time of project completion unless a different schedule is expressly agreed in writing.
We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods specified in the written agreement. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Balances not paid within the time specified in the agreement may be subject to late payment charges at a rate permitted under California law.
Customers who dispute a charge must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving their invoice. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes promptly. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain due on their original due date.
RV Roseville Masonry warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty applicable to a project will be set forth in the written agreement or proposal for that project.
WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from: normal wear and tear, acts of nature (including but not limited to earthquakes, flooding, and severe storms), soil movement not caused by our work, modifications made by parties other than RV Roseville Masonry after project completion, or failure by the customer to follow any care or maintenance instructions provided at project completion.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RV ROSEVILLE MASONRY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE OR YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to non-binding mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
